- Online Training: Are you motivated to workout on your own at home, but don't know what to do keep your progress going and getting to your ultimate goal or beyond! This program is for you. Get the right progressive program to achieve the results you crave. To achieve this, workouts needs to be changing regularly, I will continue to change your programs for you to keep the body guessing and changing positively every step of the way. Your program is tailored to you from a detailed questionnaire that you fill out at the start of your package. Have online help throughout. You will not be alone.

Next 4 week session starting June 29th 2010, this is group personal training and it runs Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am-10:30am
Note you do not need a membership to Elements to do these classes.
