Here are some awesome meal combinations:
-1 scoop of Chocolate Peanut Butter ALLMAX Isoflex whey protein with water, 1/4 cup unsweetend soy milk, 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds. Blend in a blender. Great meal to start your day with.
- 2 slices of Ezekiel bread toasted with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and a hand full of blueberries mashed. Add a few hard boiled egg-whites for protein. Yum.
-5 ounces of Greek Yogurt plain, add a few drops of Agave Nectar sweetner. If desired add a fruit or other healthy carb.
- 5 ounces of shrimp, plain or fry in a wok with garlic, cajun spices and little olive oil. With a vegetable or salad on the side.
- 5 ounces of Scallops also cooked in a little olive oil add a salad or vegetable.
-1/3 cup unsalted walnuts and an apple or any fruit.
-2 TBSP hummus with raw veggies and a fruit of any kind. (A great Hummus I found at Noah’s is called “Sunflower Kitchen Classic Hummus”)
-1 apple and celery stalks with 2 TBSP of natural peanut butter on them.
-4-6 Egg whites (Use the egg white cartons for simplicity) scrambled, with 1 slice Ezekiel bread and an apple.
-5oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, broccoli 1-2 cups
